Basic Function
The customer service representative shall function as a one stop shop for all inquiries, complaints or concerns received from the customers, i.e. buyers, unit owners, clients.
Basic Duties and Major Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting/handling customer's inquiries, requests or complaints (IRC) either thru walk-in, phone-in or e-mail.
1.1 Understanding customers' needs
Monitors and tracks inbound IRCs and provide daily/weekly and monthly reports.
2.1 Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Basic Qualifications
College graduate of any business related course
With or Without work experience as CSR
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php21,000.00 per month
