to join our growing team. This role involves handling customer inquiries through various channels while delivering excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Available Positions and Salary Packages:

• Customer Service Level 1 Agent (Xiaomi Project) – up to RM2,800
• Customer Service Live Chat Agent (Xiaomi Project) – up to RM2,800
• Customer Service Level 1 Agent (WPS Project)
• (Monthly rotational shifts including night shifts)
  – up to RM3,800
• Customer Service Level 2 Agent (Mandarin Speaker – Xiaomi Project) – up to RM4,000
