Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible of the following:

Customer Concerns & Resolution

• Receive, acknowledge, and log all customer concerns from online channels (Facebook, Instagram, email, website, etc.)
• Ensure initial acknowledgment within the same business day
• Coordinate with branches or internal departments (Operations, Supply Chain, Accounting, Marketing, IT as needed)
• Resolve or close concerns within 1–2 business days
• Escalate unresolved or critical issues following the proper escalation matrix
• Maintain professional, brand-aligned communication at all times

Sales Orders & Inquiry Handling

• Handle inbound sales inquiries and orders (online to branch or department)
• Properly endorse confirmed orders to the correct branch or department
• Follow through until order fulfillment or closure
