What We Offer

Job Position: Customer Service Executive (English & Mandarin Speakers Only )

Working Hours: 9 hours including break time

You will play an important role in

Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company's products.

To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.

Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

What We're Looking For

Minimum SPM qualification and fresh graduates are welcome - TRAINING Provided

Fluent in Mandarin (speak only) & English

Willing to work in Ara Damansara

Strong communication & problem-solving skills
