* Responding promptly to customer inquiries and taking appropriate action after consulting to the head.
* Answering phone calls and emails, also communicating with clients through various channels.
* Prepare in processing orders form, quotation, request spare parts and machine.
* Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
* Helping Immediate Supervisor with products inventory every end of the day and recording the weekly inventory.
* Monitor company's incoming and outgoing items. Prepares withdrawal slip, material return's slip and service schedule form for the assigned technician in their respective designation.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop and executive marketing engaging various channel.
* Sending Demo Request Form, Request Invoice, and Monitoring of the Deliveries.
* Encode and Monitor Service Reports.
*Filling of DR, TDR and Gate Pass.
