Customer Service Representative

Innodata Knowledge Services Inc. is a data engineering company providing Artificial Intelligence (AI) services to the world's most prestigious companies. We are currently looking for experienced Customer Support Representative to join our on-site operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a contact center or customer service role (Preferable 3+ years of CSR experience)
• Strong background in Marketing
• Willing to work on-site (Mandaue)
• Open to work in 3 shifting schedules (Especially Night/Graveyard shift)
