About the role

Cebu New Wave Recruitment Inc. is looking for friendly and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. This is a full-time role based in Manila City, Metro Manila. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to address their queries and concerns.

What you'll be doing

1. Answering inbound calls from customers and responding to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
2. Providing accurate information and efficient resolutions to customer issues
3. Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records
4. Escalating complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate teams
5. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
