Job Description
We are looking for Healthcare CSR who can provide excellent customer service and support to local healthcare clients. You will handle patient or member inquiries, verify information, process requests, and ensure accurate and timely assistance.
What you'll be doing
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare inquiries (benefits, billing, or appointments).
- Provide accurate information and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain quality service standards and meet performance metrics.
- Update and verify customer records in the system.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
What we're looking for
- At least 6 months of experience in a Healthcare BPO or local setup.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Willing to work on-site within Metro Manila.
- Amenable to Day Shift Set-Up (PH time).
