Qualifications:
-Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via email, live chat, TikTok, and brand social media platforms
-Provide accurate, detailed information regarding products, features, and availability.
-Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
-Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds as required
-Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records and documentation
-Consistently meet performance expectations for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
-Maintain high customer satisfaction by resolving concerns efficiently and professionally.
-At least Senior High School graduate (College level preferred)
-Strong verbal and written English communication skills
-Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-Tech-savvy
