**Job Description:**



The **Customer Service Representative MEAT** is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Envista customers from Middle East, Africa and Turkey region. This position deals front line with the customer and must always represent the company and our customer service philosophy with the utmost integrity



**Key Responsibilities**

• Responsible for receiving, monitoring and processing customer orders and requests in a timely manner with emphasis on accuracy and professionalism.



• Works closely together with other departments in the Supply Chain (Warehouse, Planning, Logistics) and the rest of the organization to ensure Orders and Credit and Returns are processed in a correct and timely manner.



• Masters the product knowledge of current product portfolio. Provides customer with accurate information regarding our products and sales promotions.
