We are a fast-growing roofing company focused on residential roof replacements and repairs. We generate leads through Facebook Ads, Google, and other inbound sources and are scaling aggressively. We're looking for a sharp, confident SDR / Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact with homeowners and book qualified roof inspections for our sales team.
If you're money-motivated, comfortable on the phone, and know how to control conversations without sounding salesy, this role is for you.
Responsibilities Call inbound leads quickly and follow up with unresponsive prospects
Make outbound calls/texts to warm leads
Qualify homeowners (property type, ownership, timing, issues)
Book confirmed roof inspection appointments on our calendar
Handle objections professionally (price concerns, just looking, timing)
Send confirmation texts and reminders to reduce no-shows
Update CRM notes accurately and consistently
