What You’ll Do

As part of the Customer Care Team, you’ll provide proactive, high‑quality support for non‑technical customer requests.


You will:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and web (orders, shipments, installations, licenses, invoices).
  • Review and create license keys, including emergency license requests.
  • Manage license mechanisms, versions, upgrade paths, and media access.
  • Support emergency/cybersecurity triage by gathering key details.
