Job Description

                    What you will enjoy doing You will provide assistance via phone / email from existing and new/potential customers by solving customer simple queries that impact the performance of the business
Furthermore, ensure that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained is part of your job
You have to ensure the maintenance of Master Data Management - covering Customer Master Data, Contract Management and Pricing Master
In addition, you will manage channel requests to the appropriate person responsible for complex requests / responsible area (sales, credit to cash, delivery, etc.) 
What makes you great
Minimum secondary school (High School) is required for this role
You have a B1 level in English and if you speak the language required in the specific market (Dutch) would be a plus
SAP / ERP basic knowledge is needed to fulfill this role
