Job Description

Location: Molino (Vista Mall Daang Hari)- Bacoor City, Cavite 
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Financial Voice Account. The role focuses on providing phone-based support to customers regarding financial products, services, and account-related inquiries. 
Successful candidates will handle inbound calls, deliver accurate information, and assist with issue resolution while maintaining data confidentiality and service quality standards. 
Qualifications At least 1 year Call Center Experience (Voice) 
CEFR Level: B1 and above 
Good verbal communication and listening skills 
Basic computer navigation skills 
Willing to work shifting schedules 
Amenable to onsite work
