Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain high-quality customer interactions
• Document customer interactions properly

Qualifications:

• At least 1–2 years of BPO experience
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
