Role Overview:
We are seeking detail-oriented and tech-savvy Customer Service Representatives to join our order management team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to customer orders, including order placement, tracking, modifications, and cancellations. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications:

- Minimum of 6 months previous BPO experience
