Key Responsibilities
- Promptly and professionally answer incoming calls to process pizza orders.
- Accurately input order details into the designated portal, including special requests.
- Actively engage in upselling opportunities while following company guidelines.
- Provide clear information on menu items, promotions, payment options, and delivery/pickup times.
- Communicate effectively with Franchise Stores and client supervisors.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues courteously and efficiently.
- Ensure all customer interactions meet company standards for quality, accuracy, and service excellence.
- Stay updated on menu changes, pricing adjustments, and promotional offers.
