Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Customer Service Representative at is responsible for handling incoming customer calls and WhatsApp queries related to deliveries, complaints, and service inquiries, ensuring accurate information, timely resolutions, and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls within defined SLA
- Verify customer and delivery details accurately
- Provide real-time delivery updates and resolve inquiries
- Coordinate with drivers and operations team for delivery confirmation
- Follow up on delayed, missed, or rescheduled deliveries
- Log complaints and escalate critical issues when required
- Handle client requirements on the portal
Required Skills & Qualifications:
