Job Purpose:

The Customer Service Representative at is responsible for handling incoming customer calls and WhatsApp queries related to deliveries, complaints, and service inquiries, ensuring accurate information, timely resolutions, and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls within defined SLA
  • Verify customer and delivery details accurately
  • Provide real-time delivery updates and resolve inquiries
  • Coordinate with drivers and operations team for delivery confirmation
  • Follow up on delayed, missed, or rescheduled deliveries
  • Log complaints and escalate critical issues when required
  • Handle client requirements on the portal
