CUSTOMER SERVICE

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Inquire and negotiate charges with airlines or shipping lines, co loaders and operations team for processing fees if required, to obtain competitive rates.

• Prepare and submit rate quotations/proposals to clients in a timely and competitive manner.

• Place bookings via airline or shipping lines portals or email and secure confirmation from airlines/shipping lines and trucking providers as needed.

• Coordinate any special handling arrangements as required.

• Provide clients with full booking details, including cut-offs, rates, and airline or shipping line instructions.

• To also include necessary documents for airline/shipping lines compliance and per Customs' requirement on processing if required.

• Monitor flights or vessel for timely departure and arrival; provide clients with daily updates until final delivery (if applicable).
