Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for customers via phone calls, emails, and chat support
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide clear and accurate information about company products, services, and promotions
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Coordinate and collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on product features, policies, and ongoing promotions
Qualifications
- Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
