Asiatel Outsourcing is hiring proactive and results-driven CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for our International Remittance / FinTech account. This role requires strong outbound calling skills to conduct customer surveys, support sales and retention initiatives, and handle inbound customer service inquiries when needed. If you have experience in outbound sales, customer retention, or survey campaigns combined with solid CSR exposure — this role is for you.
