The Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to be the frontline support for our clients and customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and is passionate about providing excellent service. The ideal candidate is solutions-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in managing customer interactions across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Critical Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center or e-commerce environment
Proven ability to handle multi-channel support (chat, email, messaging, voice)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
Familiarity with Zendesk or other CRM tools
Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues independently and make sound decisions without rigid scripts
Experience in identifying process gaps or customer friction points...
