• Qualifications College level or graduate is an advantage.
• Preferably with Customer Service atleast 2 yrs of experience
• Preferably with background in handling client concerns in clinics, retail, or service industries.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Can speak clearly and confidently in English and Filipino.

• Has a pleasing personality and is willing to assist clients calmly and politely.
• Basic computer skills
• Knows how to use email, messaging apps, and simple data entry systems.
• Willing to learn and be trained
• Open to feedback and can adapt to clinic protocols and service standards.
• Team player and dependable
• Can work well with the aesthetics team and support day-to-day operations.
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
