Job Description

Overview:
A Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary point of contact between a company and its customers. They handle inquiries, provide product or service information, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Process orders, returns, and payments efficiently.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain customer records and document interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • Must have 6 months of BPO experience
  • Must be amenable to work from site
