Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, helpful, empathetic, and professional attitude toward candidates and clients at all times
  • Responding promptly to candidates and clients inquiries
  • Communicating with candidates and clients through various channels (emails, chats and phone calls).
  • Knowing the services inside and out so that you can answer questions and perform the job efficiently
  • Processing application forms and requests
  • CRM management
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Providing feedback to candidates and clients
  • Ensure candidate satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Receive inbound calls and perform outbound calls
  • Reports any issues or concerns immediately with management staff and follows protocol
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
