Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, helpful, empathetic, and professional attitude toward candidates and clients at all times
- Responding promptly to candidates and clients inquiries
- Communicating with candidates and clients through various channels (emails, chats and phone calls).
- Knowing the services inside and out so that you can answer questions and perform the job efficiently
- Processing application forms and requests
- CRM management
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Providing feedback to candidates and clients
- Ensure candidate satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Receive inbound calls and perform outbound calls
- Reports any issues or concerns immediately with management staff and follows protocol
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
