Customer Service Representative

【Job qualification】:

1. Proficient in operating computers

2. Proficient in using office software

3. Clear logic and smooth communication

4. Relevant telephone customer service experience is preferred

【Job duties】:

1. Answer the problems encountered by users during using company's products

2. Help users smoothly complete the procudre of loan, repayment and other operations

3. Timely identify and provide feedback on existing problems, appease difficult users, and maintain a good image of the company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,770.00 per month

Education:

• Senior High School (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service Representative: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English / Tagalog (Preferred)
