Job Description

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders, monitor delivery status, push product offerings and ensure timely and professional customer interaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, handling orders and returns and keeping accurate records.
  • Manage customer accounts, coordinate with internal teams, support company policies and sales activities and help with reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • Fresh Graduate are open to apply
  • Customer-oriented.
  • Work experience in the related field is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable with MS Office.
  • Systematic & detailed-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask & remain motivated and positive.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
