Job Description
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders, monitor delivery status, push product offerings and ensure timely and professional customer interaction.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, handling orders and returns and keeping accurate records.
- Manage customer accounts, coordinate with internal teams, support company policies and sales activities and help with reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Fresh Graduate are open to apply
- Customer-oriented.
- Work experience in the related field is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable with MS Office.
- Systematic & detailed-oriented.
- Ability to multitask & remain motivated and positive.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
