Job Description
Open Access BPO is hiring for Customer Support Associate to be assigned in a global Fintech account
Successful candidates will be responsible for responding to customer requests, managing concerns, and providing specific information based on inquiries received via phone, email, and chat.

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 6 months of BPO experience
- Experience in handling fintech LOB highly preferred, but not required
- Amenable to work on a blended role
- Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
- Amenable to work on a full onsite setup at Ayala Ave., Makati
