Customer Service Representative

Open Access BPO is hiring for Customer Support Associate to be assigned in a global Fintech account

Successful candidates will be responsible for responding to customer requests, managing concerns, and providing specific information based on inquiries received via phone, email, and chat.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 6 months of BPO experience
• Experience in handling fintech LOB highly preferred, but not required
• Amenable to work on a blended role
• Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
• Amenable to work on a full onsite setup at Ayala Ave., Makati
