Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a
customer service–focused Virtual Assistant
to support our growing SaaS / digital marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong English communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate CRM systems—especially

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client support tickets and inquiries via email, chat, and CRM
• Support client onboarding and basic account maintenance
• Navigate and update records in
  GoHighLevel (GHL)
  and related platforms
• Follow documented processes and SOPs to ensure consistent support
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal team members
• Escalate issues when needed and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain accurate notes, updates, and client records
