Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) – FastBet is responsible for providing frontline support to customers using FastBet wagering systems within the horse racing industry. This role assists bettors with account setup, betting transactions, payouts, and technical troubleshooting while ensuring compliance with racing and gaming regulations. The ideal candidate delivers accurate, efficient, and courteous service in a fast-paced, high-volume betting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with FastBet account registration, verification, and maintenance
• Support wagering activities including deposits, bets, cancellations, payouts, and refunds
• Explain betting options, odds, and FastBet functionality to new and existing patrons
• Troubleshoot FastBet terminal, kiosk, or mobile app issues and escalate when necessary
• Handle customer inquiries related to race schedules, results, scratches, and payouts
