Job description

• Inbound calls to assist clients with the cloud-based system used to keep patients' medical records, making it accessible for medical practitioners anywhere in the US.
• Provide Customer support and help resolve customer queries Handle.
• Ensuring customer requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner

Qualifications

• Graduate in any Medical Allied Course
• Clinical background preferred but not required
• Good Communication Skills
• Willing to work onsite in Cainta, Rizal
• Can start immediately
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cainta A: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
