Job Description

The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide information about products and services, guiding customers through
