Responsibilities:

· Responsible for customer's inquiry regarding the company's product and services.

· Handles and resolves service problems and other customer complains.

· Responsible in the daily coordination of Authorized Service Centers (ASC) nationwide.

· Maintains and keep customer records accurately

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or vocational course of any field.
• Proficient in speaking English. Excellent in written and in verbal communication.
• Computer literate. Excellent in word and excel applications.
• Work experience. At least with 1 year of working experience as Customer Service or equivalent.
• Applicant will be assigned in Bicutan, Paranaque Office.
