Arbitrail is expanding We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team and play a vital role in delivering reliable verification services for a leading travel industry client.

Qualifications:

• Open to fresh grads, SHS, or undergrads with at least 6 months BPO experience
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or similar CRM. Ticketing systems is an advantage.
• Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Binmaley, Pangasinan.
