Customer Service Representative

a) Receives/makes a call to customers to conduct survey and data collection for SSI and CSI Tracking Study
b) Strictly follows the script and meet daily call targets
c) Coordinates / endorses customer concerns/feedback to SSI, CSI and Customer Relations.
d) Submits daily report of completed surveys.
e) Builds lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
f) Performs safety duties and responsibilities complies with all the safety standards indicated in the Safety Manual
