**Job Summary**

Provide commercial support for inside sales, order services, manufacturing reps / agents, and customers thorough preparing quotations / proposals and responding to customer order requests. **Job Responsibilities**

A. Provide primary support for proposal and quotation creation

B. Support order management activities for end customers, distributors and manufacturing agents

C. Delivering exceptional internal and external Customer Service by meeting or exceeding service level agreement response times on all activities

D. Identify and implement process improvements

E. Facilitate proper and efficient information and communication flow in an effort to meet or exceed customer needs and departmental and division wide performance expectations
