Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative as an international voice support for a Charity Service Program. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our global customers via phone calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all calls with courtesy and professionalism
Handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner
Take inbound calls for customers to handle ORDERS, PRAYERS, DONATIONS and ETC.
Retention and winning back of dissatisfied customers.
Assist elderly customers, develop solutions to solve the customer needs specially with their orders and other requests.
Research required information using available resources: Knowledge Based-Books and Speakers/ scriptures/Bible/Magazine and ETC.
