Customer Service Representative:
· Ensure that DGT ONE patient's appointments are appropriately scheduled, rescheduled or cancelled
· Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing call, text or chat reminders
· Data entry of patient information onto our online platform
· Assisting customers and customer representatives by responding to their questions
· Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner
· Identifies and assesses customer's need/s to achieve satisfaction
· Giving the best solution based on details provided by the customer
· Prompt chat response to DGT One Dental Center social media platforms and other communication tools
· Arranging referrals to patients with ATW
· Maintain patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
· Other duties assigned.
