Join one of the leading BPO companies in the travel industry, supporting global clients with flight bookings, reservations, and customer concerns. We're looking for customer service professionals who have experience in GDS (Global Distribution Systems) like Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, or Apollo.

What You'll Do:

• Handle travel-related customer service inquiries via phone or chat
• Process flight bookings, rebookings, cancellations, and itinerary changes using GDS tools (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, or Apollo.)
• Provide fare and schedule details with precision and clarity
• Ensure each customer receives timely and top-notch service
• Meet daily performance targets while maintaining service quality
