Customer Service Representative


DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Handle all calls with courtesy and professionalism


• Handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner


• Take inbound calls for customers to handle orders, prayers, donations, etc.


• Retention and winning back of dissatisfied customers


• Assist elderly customers, develop solutions to solve customer needs especially with their orders and other requests


• Research required information using available resources: Knowledge-based books and speakers, scriptures, magazines, bible, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least a high school graduate
  • Must possess excellent English communication skills (In both spoken and written communication, with ability for free flow speech)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer issues efficiently
