Customer Service Representative
- Work Address: Eastwood, Quezon City
- Work Set-up: Onsite
- Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule ( mainly mid shift ,12:00 - 9:00PM)
- Work Type: Full time
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle all calls with courtesy and professionalism.
- Handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Take inbound calls for customers to handle orders, prayers, donations, etc.
- Retention and winning back of dissatisfied customers.
- Assist elderly customers, develop solutions to solve customers needs especially with their orders and other requests.
- Research required information using available resources: Knowledge -based books and speakers, scriptures, magazines, bible, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
