As part of the Data Center Power and Control Team, this role supports customer satisfaction through responsive communication, order processing, and cross-functional collaboration.

+ Process customer orders via phone, email, fax, EDI, and other channels
+ Provide accurate pricing, availability, and scheduling information
+ Investigate and resolve customer inquiries with care and attention
+ Collaborate closely with sales and internal teams to ensure effective communication
