Customer Service Representative

Iteris is seeking a hybrid Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What you will be doing:




+ Be a friendly voice and helpful guide for citizens and visitors with questions about VDOT projects, services, and resources

+ Provide clear, accurate information using established guidelines to ensure consistent and timely responses

+ Communicate primarily via phone and email, while also using tools like work order systems and online resources (e.g., VA 511)

+ Support emergency operations when needed—this role is essential during events like severe weather or natural disasters
