Where You'll Make a Difference?
Manage the full order-to-cash cycle (order entry, confirmation, tracking, and closure in SAP).
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring proactive communication.
Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Finance teams.
Provide regional support to LATAM strategic accounts, resolving operational issues.
