We’re Car Medic , a licensed Authorized Automotive Treatment Facility (AATF) helping Malaysians dispose of their old vehicles responsibly and eco-consciously.

We’re looking for talkative, people-friendly individuals with telemarketing or customer service experience to join us as Customer Support & eDereg Executives .

If you’re used to talking to customers over the phone, following up via WhatsApp, or managing customer inquiries — this role will feel natural to you.
But unlike sales jobs, here you’ll be helping customers for a good cause — recycling vehicles the right way

Your Role:

Talk to customers over the phone or WhatsApp (no cold calls, no selling!)

Guide vehicle owners on how to dispose of their cars properly

Help them complete documentation for JPJ eDeregistration

Coordinate with tow truck...
