Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Attend to all customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers based on their requirements and specifications.
- Ensure all quotations are accurate, timely, and aligned with company pricing and margin guidelines.
- Proactively follow up on pending quotations to determine status, clarify customer needs, and increase closing rates.
- Liaise with relevant departments (logistics) to coordinate product availability and delivery.
- Ensure timely issuance of Delivery Orders (DO) and coordinate smooth delivery to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
Candidates with SPM/STPM qualification and relevant working experience in B2B sales.
COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENT
- Familiar with email platforms.
