Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Attend to all customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and send quotations to customers based on their requirements and specifications.
  • Ensure all quotations are accurate, timely, and aligned with company pricing and margin guidelines.
  • Proactively follow up on pending quotations to determine status, clarify customer needs, and increase closing rates.
  • Liaise with relevant departments (logistics) to coordinate product availability and delivery.
  • Ensure timely issuance of Delivery Orders (DO) and coordinate smooth delivery to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
Candidates with SPM/STPM qualification and relevant working experience in B2B sales.

COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENT

  • Familiar with email platforms.
