Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Order Management

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and (as needed) phone, with a focus on order-related questions.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, handling returns/exchanges, and resolving product issues.
  • Manage order status updates, cancellations, and refund processing using Shopify and integrated tools (e.g., COMMSLAYER, ShipStation, etc.).
  • Ensure all interactions are logged in the customer support system and categorized accurately for reporting.

Product & Platform Support

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about TalkTools products, usage guidelines, and compatibility.
  • Troubleshoot customer-reported issues related to digital downloads, bundles, or incomplete orders.
  • Coordinate with fulfillment partners on shipping delays, damaged packages, or inventory problems.
