This isn’t your average retail role. As a Customer Service Representative at Mico Silverdale, you’ll be the first point of contact and the trusted expert our valued customers rely on. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this role offers variety and hands-on involvement across all areas of the branch, with a strong delivery driving focus. You’ll play a key part from the moment a customer walks through the door delivering tailored product advice and sharing your knowledge through to getting our products out the door delivered safely, accurately, and on time ensuring our customers have what they need to keep their projects moving and creates an experience that keeps them coming back.
