We are currently looking for a Spanish-speaking Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for detail-oriented and tech-savvy individuals who enjoy solving problems and supporting customers in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers in Spanish via email and chat
Diagnose and resolve issues related to products and services
Escalate complex cases to higher support levels when needed
Maintain and update documentation and knowledge base
Requirements & Qualifications
Spanish – intermediate level (writing/texting required)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
