Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative who can handle both Spanish and English communications. This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer support.

Schedule & Shift

• Shift Start: Between 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM (not permanent)
• Workdays: Sunday – Saturday
• Rest Days: 2 consecutive days (Tuesday – Friday)
• Holidays: Philippine holidays require approval (subject to performance)

Work Arrangement

• Onsite: 5 days onsite for the first 6 months
• Hybrid: Eligible after 6 months (subject to qualification/assessment)
• Internet Allowance: None

Qualifications

• Education: At least 2nd year undergraduate, with no back subjects
• Experience:
• Minimum 6 months CSR experience
• At least 1 year Spanish language experience
